Concrete on a Roll

Concreting on trust.
We call it our concrete miracle.

Concrete Weavers is an international concrete cloth manufacturer based in Jabbeke, Belgium, with distribution out of Dubai, UAE. Our rolls arrive flexible, install in minutes, and harden into a strong, waterproof surface — no mixer, no formwork, no fuss.

What makes it different

Three properties. One roll of concrete.

Concrete Weavers combines two geotextile layers with a dry concrete mix bonded by needle-punch technology — flexible until you add water, and remarkably strong once it hardens.

Flexible

Highly flexible before hydration, our cloth closely follows the ground profile — even onto vertical, 90° surfaces — and keeps a degree of give afterward to resist cracking.

Waterproof

Highly impermeable after hardening. It can even be installed underwater — the concrete keeps curing through full immersion, salt water included.

Strong

Very strong once hydrated, with an extra-strong military-grade version for runways, bunkers, and heavy-duty defense infrastructure.

Why teams switch

Faster on site. Lighter on budget.

Less equipment, less manpower, less time on site — without compromising on strength or finish.

Rapid installation

Up to 250m² per hour — far faster than pouring, forming, and curing traditional concrete.

Easy to use

Supplied in ready-to-install rolls. Roll it out, fixate it, hydrate it — in wet conditions or hard-to-reach areas.

Lower project costs

Fewer crews, less machinery, and shorter timelines mean a smaller total bill for the same footprint of work.

Civil applications

Channel lining, erosion control, and rapid repair

From irrigation ditches to slope protection against mudslides and rockfall, the civil version of Concrete Weavers replaces slow, expensive concrete pours with a roll-and-hydrate process contractors can trust.

  • Ditch lining & irrigation channels
  • Slope & erosion protection
  • Repair of existing concrete structures
