Concrete Weavers is manufactured at our production plant in Belgium, using purpose-built machinery designed by our own engineering team. Two geotextile layers sandwich a dry concrete mix, and the whole assembly is stitched together with needle-punch technology — a woven bottom layer, a non-woven top layer, and a precise dry mix in between.
The result stays flexible and inert until water is introduced, at which point it hardens into a strong, waterproof surface — with a military-grade version adding a resin and fiberglass layer plus a slip-resistant top coat.
